Active holidays never sounded so good after I helped Neilson define their content strategy

    Creating the right mood

    Content creators at Neilson were struggling to retain consistency across their digital channels.

    By defining a ‘north star’ as guidance and providing training in how to use the strategic direction, copy and content is much more aligned and unified.

    Coupled with a new content strategy I produced a tone of voice guide for even greater consistency for Neilson’s content creators.

    With active examples of how to use tone and voice in a variety of situations.
